Welcome to GoalWise.AI. By creating an account or using the GoalWise.AI application, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GoalWise.AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

GoalWise.AI is a personal productivity and habit-tracking application that uses AI to help you set goals, build habits, and track your progress. The service includes:

• Goal setting and AI-generated habit plans
• Daily habit tracking and progress monitoring
• AI assistant for personalized recommendations
• Optional Apple Health and Google Calendar integrations
• Push notification reminders

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 13 years old to use GoalWise.AI
• One account per person - do not create multiple accounts

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use automated means to access the service (bots, scrapers)
• Share your account credentials with others

5. AI-Generated Content

GoalWise.AI uses artificial intelligence to generate habit plans, recommendations, and responses. Please note:

• AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only
• AI recommendations are not a substitute for professional medical, financial, or legal advice
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content
• You are responsible for evaluating and acting on any recommendations

6. Health Data Disclaimer

GoalWise.AI may integrate with Apple Health to display health metrics. This data is for informational purposes only. GoalWise.AI is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional for medical concerns.

7. Intellectual Property

• The GoalWise.AI app, its design, and underlying technology are owned by GoalWise
• You retain ownership of the content you create (goals, notes, etc.)
• You grant us a license to process your content to provide the service

8. Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Settings > Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your data from our servers. This action is irreversible.

9. Service Availability

• We strive to keep GoalWise.AI available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access
• We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• GoalWise.AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of GoalWise.AI after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of significant changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ireland.
